Xi Sends Congratulatory Letter to World Sci-Tech Development

BEIJING, October 16 (Xinhua) — Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the 1st World Science and Technology Development Forum that opened Wednesday in Beijing.

Xi said in the letter that the new round of sci-tech revolution and industrial transformation has a profound impact on the evolution of human civilization and the development of the global governance system.
